| Projection Welding MachineWe offer our customers projection welding machines that find application in meeting the welding needs of control panels, metal doors, clean rooms and cabinet manufacturers. These control panels are provided with maximum 1200 mm throat and are suitable for projection welding of nuts, hinges, bolts, lock brackets, ‘CÂ’ channels and stiffners. Advantages:
- Large scale reduction in KVA demands
- Excellent aesthetics as there is negligible blackening at weld joint
- No mark on the other side of the weld
- Machines can run on Genset
- Very effective for components requiring mark-less welding

Arc Stud Welding MachineDrawn arc stud welding machine is an extremely efficient method of attaching fasteners primarily to mild steel and stainless steel by utilizing a constant current DC power supply. In this welding process, a welding rectifier serves as an energy source and provides a continuous welding current. The welding time can be adjusted from 10 to 1500 milliseconds. When a weld is initiated, current begins to flow through the stud while the weld gun simultaneously lifts the stud to draw an arc, which melts the base of the stud and adjoining surface on the workpiece. Upon completion of the weld time, the gun plunges the stud back to the workpiece, resulting in a permanent bond as the molten material solidifies. The whole process takes less than one second.
During the welding process, a welding fillet is formed around the base of the stud, the dimension of which is predetermined by the ceramic ferrule. The ceramic ferrule concentrates the welding arc and forms a weld fillet around the stud base. Advantages: - Excellent reliability

The machines feature pneumatic head of the system that is specially designed with linear motion slide for delivering high accuracy in the movement. Our micro spot welding machines also feature latest microprocessor based spot welding controller for achieving high precision & consistent welding quality. |
Shear ConnectorThe composite structures of shear connectors consist of 2 different materials joined together in such a way that the resultant strength of the structure is more than the strength of the 2 materials added together. Due to this the composite structure can make best use of each of the constituent materials. In steel and concrete composite beams, concrete is assumed to take most or all of the compression load while steel takes all the tension. The 2 materials in the composite structure need to be firmly held together to make the structure rigid and strong. In steel and concrete composite beams the 2 materials are held together my means of headed shear connectors. Advantages of composite structures: - Reduction in concrete as well as steel
